DHAXLE COMPANY (‘‘Dhaxle’’) is a consulting and project management platform. It relies on this Refund and Cancellation Policy to ensure customer satisfaction. When a customer contacts us by phone or email, our initial response is to assist getting technical support or customer service. However, in some cases our solution may be unsatisfactory to the customer for reasons completely beyond our control, in which case a refund or a cancellation may be processed.
As part of our policy and procedure, a validation process is done before the commencement of any project for eligibility purposes.
The process includes; (i) the verification of the relevant documents for the location where the project will be implemented, (ii) risk assessment and mitigation planning (iii) project roadmap and resource planning, (iv) budget planning among other requirements as deemed relevant
As an additional measure, we provide weekly updates and monthly monitoring report at least 48 hours before sending out invoices. A customer/the project owner are delegated 24 hours to point out any inconsistencies in the project implementation to Dhaxle management through their dashboards.
Our refund policy is as follows:
A refund of the subscription fee can be handed back to the customer/project owner if the company is notified 30 days before the next invoice is sent to a customer intending to terminate its subscription contract.
A refund of the project implementation cost on a specific task will only occur after an independent evaluation is performed in bid to prove an error done by the service provider (subcontractor) and his refusal or inability to rectify the error in question. If the error is found to exist, the subcontractor and Dhaxle Company will be compelled to refund the project owner of the material cost of the damage incurred.
If the refund is for a recurring billing service, then the refund policy allows for the most recent payment to be refunded. Multiple payment refunds can be provided as long as they are within the Dhaxle Company Refund Policy.
A refund on a recurring billing service will also result in cancellation.
If a customer requests a refund and the refund is approved by Dhaxle, the fees pertaining to the services directly provided by Dhaxle and its service providers will be refunded.
Dhaxle Company has every incentive to keep customers happy by providing quality services. To promote customer satisfaction, Dhaxle reserves the right to reverse a sale, including but not limited to the following:
This Refund and Cancellation Policy shall be governed, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Delaware.
A customer may cancel a service with a recurring billing subscription at any time. A cancellation means that no future payments are charged to the customer's account. The cancellation of a recurring billing product does not generate a refund - it will only stop any future payments.
Customers requesting serial or repeated refunds may be blocked from accessing further services. Customers that violate Dhaxle’s terms of service may have their right of refund revoked.
This Refund and Cancellation Policy is part of, and incorporated within, Dhaxle’s Terms of Service.
As a condition of registering with Dhaxle and using Dhaxle Services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and understood this Refund and Cancellation Policy and you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If at any time you disagree with this Refund and Cancellation Policy or any part of it, your sole remedy is to cease all use of Dhaxle’s Services and terminate your account/subscription. Kindly note, however, that any transactions which occurred prior to the date of such termination shall be governed and controlled in full by the terms of this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
